I am James Mwaisaka and I am happy to welcome you to Brainy Bairn School.

When contemporary topics are centered around politics, social media, internet and technology, the topic about good education seems eclipsed, and left only in the hands of a few. This is the reason parents are always looking for good schools to have their children, those who echo Nelson Mandela’s words, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

At BBS, the heart of what we do is centered on the Mission and the Vision of the school, to ensure that we achieve academic heights with Vision and Integrity, insulated in the Christian Values. This is the focus for all the School Board Members, Management, Faculty and the support staff.

Secondly, we are committed to ensuring that learning takes place in diverse ways to meet the varied needs of the learners. Every learner matters to us and we prioritize their learning styles and needs. We believe that every learner is different, multifaceted and teachable. All they need is an opportunity to discover who they truly are. For this reason, our classrooms are tailored to meet this very crucial need for every learner, with age-appropriate learning facilities.

Additionally, the students' wellbeing is a pillar and lies at the heart of all that we say and do. In a very busy world, children are sometimes abandoned and left at the mercy of technology. This is not so with us here at BBS. We are concerned about what they feel and why they feel so. We have a learning environment that nurtures individual and group esteem, a social fiber that has been so compromised in contemporary society. Our students are human beings first and foremost and we value the students' agency and their voices.

At Brainy Bairn School, we offer a full Cambridge Curriculum from the Early Years to A level. We are diverse in every aspect and we appreciate the uniqueness of every student and their cultural, religious and tribal socialization. For this reason, we are deliberate and purposeful about intercultural awareness, digital literacy and global citizenship. Like a factory, we endeavour to produce “products” that are competitive globally in terms of university and college readiness, job preparedness and effectiveness in communication and socialization.

Students at BBS have opportunities to grow and glow in all students' life experiences through service learning, sports, Model United Nations affiliation, Duke of Edinburgh International Award (Head of State Award Program-Ghana), Internships among other avenues.

I am super excited to be part of this team that believes in making a difference in the world by touching every student’s life in a special way to make the world a better place. It is our mandate, and focused on the horizon, and the grace of God upon us, we shall scale the heights to unlimited levels, so God help us.
